Orders ship within 7 baking days (Tuesday- Friday not including holidays) via USPS priority mail. Typically, USPS takes 2-5 business days to deliver.
Tracking is sent directly to the email you use when ordering, if you don’t see it please check your Spam folder. There will be a $7 charge for any address changes (If we are able to change it PRIOR to shipping)

Please keep in mind that MOO n Cookies is a small family owned business and while we try and ship all orders in our stated turnaround time occasionally things do prevent that (most often sickness.) The Health Department/Health Code prevents us from taking back already shipped treats. A refund can not be issued after product is received, however for defects we will work with you on a case by case basis.
Not liking/enjoying a flavor you chose is not considered a defect.
Coupons must be applied and selected at original time of purchase. We will not go back and apply a coupon to an order after it is placed.
Flash Deal payments are due within 20 minutes. I do not cancel invoices to be mean/rude–I just want to be fair to everyone! I have the guidelines to keep things smooth, fair and efficient for everyone.

Our reasoning for these recommendations: MOO n Cookies products need to build in your system for you to see an increase in milk supply. Most moms will see a difference within 5-7 days eating our recommended quantities. We would hate for you to place an order and not have enough product to see an increase in your milk supply!
